They must have GREAT communication, strong computer science fundamentals ie better know what a linked list is and be able to answer HARD Algorithm questions. They must be willing to relocate to Seattle, WA. This is for Amazon Web Service R&D team. Keep in mind that this is a test and I am looking for good companies to put on our Corp to corp list.
