Informatica Developer, you will work on a project that involves an insurance premium calculation system being built in a batch processing environment that loads financial transactions from a policy source **system, calculates and generates premium earnings data, derives data using a rules engine, and formats / aggregates data for downstream interfaces. Based on requirements and technical designs, you will * *develop ETL mappings to move data using Informatica, and develop the required components in T-SQL. In this role, you will work in a team environment to develop the required components for the insurance **premium calculation system. This will require working with IT developers and subject matter experts to interpret the requirements and designs. Requirements: Extensive experience creating procedures in T-SQL 2008 / 2012. Experience creating ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x ( 9.1.0 strongly preferred ). Experience working with relational databases. Experience working with batch processing environments. Insurance / financial industry experience, in particular, experience working with premium transactional data is strongly preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
