*Mandatory Skills: Should have worked in L2 support for 5-8 years.*
*Skills:*
- 5+ years IT support
- 3+ years Unix/ Linux
- 2+ years Middleware (MQ, TIBCO RV, EMS, Nirvana, 29West)
- 1+ years Foreign exchange Trading Application experience
- 2+ years Sybase/Oracle SQL
- 2+ years Windows XP
- 2+ years Programming skills in Unix scripting or other scripting
Language such as Perl.
*Job Description:*
- *Provide 24x5.5 Support* and willing to work in shifts. Provide
on-call support on a need basis during weekends and holidays.
- Good understanding of *banking domain* is desirable *especially FXMM.*
- Individuals must be self-starting and possess excellent technical,
verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, with some
leadership and organization skills are expected, as is the ability to work
in both independent and collaborative modes.
- Active participation in weekly team meetings and global video
conference calls is expected of everyone .
