Position: HR Project Manager
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Philadelphia, PA


 Manager is looking for a HR Project Manager for a 5-6 month project with
the possibility of extension. Manager will conduct phone screens and then
in person interviews and is looking for local candidates only. Manager is
looking for candidates that can demonstrate experience with formulating
project plans and must have experience in managing projects across matrix
teams. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously with a professional attitude and exceptional organizational
skills under pressure. Manager is looking for candidates with 5+ years of
experience. Would be a HUGE plus if the candidates have project management
experience in organizational design (reorganizing). Candidates must have
strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.****

Job Title: HR Project Manager

*Major Areas of Accountability:*****

   - Leads assigned projects to accomplish goals within constraints such as
   time, cost, resources, and quality standards.****
   - Manages and escalates project tasks, timelines, and issues on a
   day-to-day basis****
   - Tracks project forecasted dates to actual delivery dates, documenting
   reasons for variance and impact to schedules and other projects****
   - Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports on a regular basis
   ****
   - Responsible for research, analysis, documentation, problem resolution,
   implementation, mapping and overall system administration for all HR
   systems.****
   - Identify project risks, develop appropriate solutions, and escalate as
   necessary to ensure projects****
   - Develop content and tools as may be needed****
   - Maintains assigned HR projects calendar and timelines****
   - Coordinates with other HR staff as needed to ensure project goals are
   met****
   - Collaborates effectively cross functionally to successfully lead or
   participate in assigned projects****
   - Provide regular updates to VP HR of project status****
   - Develop process mapping and documentation as required for existing or
   changing processes, policies and programs****
   - Conduct research, gather and analyze information, develop complex
   queries and reports as necessary to support assigned projects, programs,
   processes, and metrics.****
   - Ability to extract data, manipulate and develop reports and metrics
   from the vendor provider and HR systems.****
