Clinical Chemistry with Laboratory (Pathology) experience & Statistics
Background

 

1.       Implemented James Westgard rules for grade calculations in QC.

2.       Configuration of Site, Instrument, Department, Patient, Test and QC
parameters.

3.       Ability to read and understand Patient/QC data (Levy Jennings,
Patient Bias and Process Grade)

4.       Understand functionality - Percentile calculations, combo bias, Box
and whisker plots, Gaussian distribution graph

5.       Statistical analysis and calculations on the calibrated data 

6.       Understand and plot patient percentile, combination calibration
graph 

7.       MaxN for Grading

8.       Flag rules in Drools

9.       Mean/SD charts 

10.     Handle unspun specimens 

Communication skills must be excellent

 

Preferred: Should have worked with IT/Technology teams
