. Work on Production Support activities to maintain production
environments.
. Respond to queries from business and IT teams
. Follow all standard SDLC processes and produce required documentation.
. Analyze requirements and design solutions for approved projects and
change requests.

. Develop, document and present design solutions and alternatives

required to implement technical solutions.

implementations.
. Analyze conditions and identify strategies that minimize
implementation risk and/or improve system reliability and performance.
. Upon implementation of a solution, the individual is responsible
for transitioning knowledge to appropriate area for ongoing support.
*Work experience & skills:*
. Experience in designing and developing BizTalk apps
. Microsoft BizTalk production support experience
. Must have 4 plus years of Biztalk experience and 3 plus years of
.Net experience
. Strong experience developing and supporting EDI and XML processes
using BizTalk
. Expert knowledge of BizTalk Orchestration, Maps, Schemas and Custom
Pipelines
. Demonstrated experience implementing end-to-end B2B processes.
. Familiarity with common coding practices and patterns
. Ability to write .net functions in support of BizTalk processes
. Experience in various aspects of BizTalk Technology including
Orchestration, Map, Pipeline, Adapter, Port, Binding, Host, Partner
Integration, Transaction, Custom Pipeline, Customer .Net Code, HAT, BAM,
Business Rule Engine, etc.
. Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised as a BizTalk/
B2B onsite lead
. Experience in Insurance domain would be added advantage
. Experience with .NET Framework, Visual Studio, C#, VB .Net, XML,
SQL, Web Services, Object Oriented Programming.
. Strong mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
Good verbal and written communication skills onshore/offshore
experience*
**Academic, Certification & qualifications (Optional) *
. Must have Bachelors Degree Engineering, etc.
. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written;
excellent presentation skills.
