They will be responsible for design, development and testing of extensions, interfaces, workflows for Siebel Applications. Responsibilities will include coordination with functional team and the managing timeline. Tasks: Support existing Siebel application in production Configure Siebel Tools and customize Siebel Objects Develop and implement Siebel Declarative Configuration Alternatives, Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies, Runtime events, RCR and Business Services Optimize Assignment Manager, Remote Administration, Siebel Web Template (SWT) Modifications Provide 24x7 supports for Production critical issues and prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for critical issues Mandatory Skill/Expertise Experience in Siebel Public Sector or Siebel Call Centre and Siebel Self Service Portal Applications like eService / customer modules. Must have a deep technical and functional understanding on Siebel out-of-the-box offerings. Have worked on at least one full life cycle project adhering to Software Development Life Cycle procedures: from Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Development, Bug Fixing, Testing and finally go live. Should be able to effectively communicate with business and other IT teams. Experience in supporting existing application in production. Extensive experience in Siebel Architecture and Data Model. Proficient with Siebel Tools configuration and customization of Siebel Objects. Excellent Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Declarative Configuration Alternatives, Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies, Runtime events, RCR and Business Services.
