Job Title: Java/J2EE Developer Location: Claymont, DE Duration: 1 Year *Interview: Must take an on-line Java test Must be open to Face to Face Interview after phone* Required Skills: In collaboration with other developers produce working software that delivers business value and follows established design patterns. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Develop, Code or modify, test, and debug application programs of varying degree of complexity. Maintaining a high level of security and code reusability. Install applications into production environments following change control processes. Work with business users to develop and implement acceptance tests to ensure that product meets customer requirements and expectations. Assist less experienced staff in user specifications, coding, testing, and debugging. Maintain regular written communication on project status with Team lead, project management, and IT management. Troubleshoot production problems within assigned applications software Object oriented concepts and design Server side Java Development with JEE/J2EE technologies Experience with WebSphere, Hibernate, SOAP, JPA XML messaging and the HTTP protocol Experience in handling PII data. A strong desire to learn new systems, languages and technologies A strong understanding of transactional systems, web based application design, and multithreading Unit testing frameworks such as nUnit and the concept of continuous integration.
