Role:* Senior Salesforce Architect & Developer* Location: Santa Clara, CA (only locals) Duration: 3-4 month contract Notes: Some Travel may be required *Position Summary* Looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect and developer responsible for working with the functional and technical teams from both business and technical. Adding new functionalities for vanilla and unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Eloqua and Salesforce.com platforms. This is a hands-on architect and developer role, so you will be responsible for architecture and technical design plus some development deliverables. You will also be working with offshore team too. *Job Function * § Educate the business on capabilities of Enterprise Applications § Drive process improvements by leveraging industry best practices § Collaborate with the business to ensure software and applications are meeting their needs § Gather and Document Business and Functional Requirements § Gather and Document process flows § Facilitate unit, integration and user acceptance testing § Application end user training § On-going training, including learning about business units, products, new technologies, process methods, etc. § Facilitate communication with developers to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts. § Participate in peer reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions § Worldwide travel maybe required at times § Strive to be up-to-date in best practices, analysis methods and technologies § Participate in process improvement § Offer support to other team members and mentor *Required Qualifications: * § University degree in the field of computer science or information systems with emphasis on business interfaces, or business degree with IT minor or subsequent classes § 10+ experience in IT analysis, design and implementation.
