Proactive project management and define project success criteria. Define best practices and tools for project execution. Project plan to meet business goals – Preparation, Presentation, get acceptance and implementation. Scope, Goals, Milestones, Deliverables – Define, Circulate, get acceptance, implement and track. Confirm to changing priorities through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Budget – Draft, submit Budget proposals. Recommend subsequent changes wherever necessary through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Risks/Dependencies - Early identification, risk mitigation plans and implementation, Re-estimation of the same from time to time through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
