The project requires a Project Manager to be part of the team charged with providing a product that will replace the existing CEDRS system. The Project Manager will act as a virtual extension of the Client’s own staff, which enables the Client to be in control of the project at all times while ensuring that the management role within the project is fulfilled. The Contractor will: • Execute the Project Plan • Facilitate weekly status meetings • Monitor project health and update project schedule • Monitor risks and escalate / mitigate The Contractor will create and present a detailed project plan including schedule, testing plan, implementation plan, training plan and transition plan to OIT standards.
