Must possess a good technical aptitude. Consulting or Professional Services experience preferred. Description: The Opportunity:The client is currently looking for a Business Analyst/Data Conversion Specialist to assist our team in a temporary consulting role. This position requires an individual who will has extensive technical and functional knowledge of Human Capital Management/Payroll systems and how they function. The ideal candidate should be able to act in a consultative role on best practices, while capturing and documenting workflow/data conversion requirements. Responsibilities: Initial focus will be to understand the current state of our HR/Payroll/Benefit systems Work with our internal team to document current processes and provide requested assistance Understand business requirements documents and assist in various stages of HCM/Payroll implementation; this includes but may not limited to testing and data conversion Proactively review current data processes for efficiency and identify process improvements, standard operating procedures, best practices, etc. Supports the HRIS/Payroll team in the creation and generation of ad hoc reports for HR and business lines Conducts audits to ensure data integrity of employee data.
