Title: OBIEE with HR Analytics Location: Plano, TX Long Term • Experience in implementation of Oracle HR Analytics for Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 • Strong experience on data warehousing design principles and industry best practices. • Strong experience who understand the Requirement document, Functional Design Document and create high level design and technical design specifications for ETL interfaces and performance strategy • Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts, Reporting and Data Warehousing concepts. • Strong experience in design and development of dashboards and reports, including the development of detailed design specifications. • Very strong experience in OBIEE Repository (RPD) and OBIEE/BI publisher report development • Experience in Merging of RPD and Webcat files in OBIEE Environment. • Experience in Performance Tuning of Dashboards/Reports and SQL queries. • Experience on Informatica ETL • Experience in implementing security in RPD • Good verbal and written communication skills.
