Salesforce Developer - Junior and Mid-Level experience
INTERVIEW: technical phone screen; face-to-face/Web Conference
DURATION: 12 months +
LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ or Columbia, MD
REQ. SKILLS: Salesforce Developer - Junior and Mid-Level experience
Duties:
. Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of
Salesforce.com CRM
. Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed
. Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
. Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs
. Create development and integration plans
Experience:
. Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred
. Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and
Operational Support required
. Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com
Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, Apex Data Loader
. SQL, RDBMS experience preferred
. Data migration and ETL tools such as CastIron or Informatica
. Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML
. Strong SDLC experience
. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate
business processes across disparate systems
. Technical skills: XML, HTML and CSS, SOAP, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
. Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
. Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net)
. Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
. Financial Services / Retail Brokerage, Call Center experience is a plus
Education:
. B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
