Experience : 8-10 Yrs.
Job Description: Individual has in depth knowledge in any one
technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas.
Individual handles solution definition/fitment for a small sized project
with a medium complexity. In case of domain consultant individual requires
high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into
the individual. In case of Technical Consultant the individual is a subject
matter expert and may work with Functional/Technical Leads and Architects
to contribute in solution definition.
Additional Skill:
Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product
corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. Ability to fully
map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution
keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities. Ability to
train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications. Has
experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of
other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. Is able to
understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or
her expertise. Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same,
and basic knowledge of process reengineering. Has a understanding of
processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM,HCM and CRM).
