*Works with a broad range of stakeholders to shape and advance solution requirements to match identified business needs. * IT Stakeholder Management – Serves as primary contact point for solutions requirements analysis, design, and vetting with key technology stakeholders Technology Evaluation and Selection – Develops selection and evaluation criteria to choose best alternative to meet both business and IT requirements Solution Testing – Works to ensure the overall solution meets business requirements and functions as per original design specifications. Works to remedy any gaps and assists with resolving these issues with customers. Change Management - Demonstrated experience in building and executing a Communications and Change Management plan for a small-to-medium project with many stakeholder groups and communities. Work on LDSS Interfaces design, development, testing and deployment UWT Central Team Responsibilities (10%) Identify and capture opportunities to improve on technical standards, development techniques and support processes for both central and SBU support personnel Cooperates and collaborates within the team: vendors, internal customers, and/or various work teams. Customer Focus: Builds and maintains good relationships with customers. Demonstrates ability to effectively plan, schedule and manage work activities to deliver operationally excellent, reliable and cost effective solutions.
