He/She may at times also provide development of new code in support for applications. *Management Skills:* Provides highest level 24x7 support as needed (problem log research, root cause analysis, impact assessment) for applications, but calls should be minimal as offshore resources are the primary contact point. Must have knowledge and proficiency with web browsers, HTML/JavaScript, Java/OO programming, SQL & PL/SQL, J2EE (servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, JDBC, ejb, log4j), IDE and source code, Windows and Linux OS, MS Office Suite and Visio.
