What we need is a Trading Desk support profile preferably in Equities with
strong technical and troubleshooting skills in Unix/Pl/SQL. Good functional
knowledge in Trading and troubleshooting FIX logs will be a much added
advantage.


*Skills:*Excellent expertise in Unix/Oracle/Perl (nice to have)
2. Good/Excellent experience in any kind of TRADE FLOOR SUPPORT
3. Good/Excellent Exposure to FIX protocol
4.Excellent communication skills - since this is a client facing position
5.Nice to have - SWIFT, Messaging knowledge 6.Ability to adapt and learn
quickly

To Assign and track tickets and change requests for service delivery
