*Technical Requirements:*
Experience with the operation, configuration, and support of enterprise
systems/applications (required)
Analyst will participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, supporting a
global user base with prompt response and resolution times (required)
Analyst will be available for off-hours/weekend maintenance/support
work as needed (required)
Experience with Windows 2008 Server Environment (required)
Experience with Oracle 11 databases (required)
Experience with application/server log analysis, including
investigation and follow-up of anomalies (required)
Ability to constructively interface with 3rd party application vendor
(Oracle) to report, investigate, and escalate technical trouble
tickets/service requests (required)
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
(OBIEE), especially integrated with Oracle Knowledge (preferred)
Good understanding of web architecture including application servers
such as Tomcat and IIS (preferred)
Experience with Java Application Development (preferred)
Experience with Source Control Software Systems (preferred)
Experience with Windows Batch Scripting (preferred)
Good understanding of ITIL processes such as incident management,
problem management, and change management (preferred)
Good understanding of testing methodologies and experienced in writing
test scripts for functional validation, unit testing, integration testing
(preferred)
