*Required Experience*
* 5 plus years' experience designing and managing web
properties including best practices design, development, inbound and
outbound tracking, metrics, and reporting.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems (MIS), or equivalent combination of education and experience with
previous programming experience designing and developing
dynamic database driven web applications, with knowledge of
the software design life cycle (SDLC), good design
principles, and a thorough understanding of software testing.
* Experience with graphic design, compression and image
optimization (Adobe Creative Suite, ImageReady, etc.) as well as creation
of graphic templates and HTML emails are required.
* Required language expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery,
PHP
* Databases required: MySQL
* Required application expertise in WordPress
* Demonstrated successful project management experience and
skills.
* Excellent PC knowledge and skills to use electronic mail,
create and modify files and spreadsheets and documents, perform Internet
research and develop spreadsheet scripts.

information for use in written materials.
* Advanced math skills.

* Must be able to work under deadline pressure. Working hours

Assignment Summary Under general direction, conceptualizes and develops the
digital properties: website, intranet and extranet
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Conceptualizes and develops interactive content, generates
concepts, gathers information and creates Web content based on product and
marketing needs.
* Develops and maintains websites or internet applications
involving a wide variety of programming and languages
* Responsible for the development and enhancement of new and
existing web enabled applications, including systems analysis, design,
development, implementation, maintenance, best practices recommendations,
metrics & reporting
* Designs, develops, maintains and provides ongoing support of
* corporate internet/intranet applications including
proficiency in Word Press and Life Ray applications.
* Converts written, graphic, audio and video components to
compatible web formats.
* Works with internal business and technical managers to fully
understand content requirements to design and maintain an optimal interface.
* Responsible for SEO strategy across our digital brands.
Understands
and uses keyword functionality, natural search optimized copy and search
engine optimization techniques that will direct customers to our business
Web sites. Drives page views and inquiries and boosts page rank on various
search engines (eg. Google) by optimizing links, site content, navigation,
etc.
* Proven ability to analyze web traffic patterns, usage and
abandon rates using web tools and application monitoring products.
* Experience in responsive web development experience and
familiarity with web application frameworks.
* Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and manage
internal and external resources to deliver Web content on time and within
budget.
* Understanding of branding and ability to work within brand
guidelines to augment and enhance corporate brand.
* Understanding of the inter-workings of Internet marketing
techniques including search engine marketing, online advertising, social
networking, blogs, podcasts, user-generated content, etc.
* Research and remain informed of new technology and
development tools
* Travels occasionally.
