Technical Analyst- Energy and Utilities Location: Calgary, Canada Roles and Responsibilities: End to End Incident Management processes as defined by ESMv2. - To resolve BW Data Loading issue - To resolve Batch jobs issue - To analyze Basis, infrastructure and hosting related incidents and create secondary ticket to service provider. - To raise a situation to Global Operation Center (GOC) - To closely follow-up the ticket resolution and SLA Be a SOM’s focal point for any other issues that impacting UB ERP Application Landscape services Proactive daily system health check and BW data loading monitoring (via Control-M) to ensure the end to end system/data availability & performance of the application Effective recording of the BW Data Loading statistic, health check result and request/interaction/incident ticket for internal resolution/escalation Performing operational changes (modify or delete) to the existing batch jobs and BW Data Loading jobs (via Control-M) based on the request from UBCC.
