Title: Change Management Analyst position - Freddie Mac - Reston, VA - F2F interview After phone screen posted on 2014-01-10 06:41:09 Job Description:*Freddie Mac* *6 months +* *Reston, VA* *F2F interview After phone screen* *Objective:* To work as a technology change management analyst as part of the change management related tool ( “Tripwire” ) upgrade project which includes upgrade to the change management processes for discovery of unauthorized changes. *Roles and Responsibilities:* Work as a change management analyst to work on Tripwire upgrade. Key responsibilities include updating the procedures, defining test cases, validating the migrated rules and updated processes and procedures. Test the updated interfaces to match discovered change tickets to the Remedy change tickets. Follow up with SMEs and take appropriate actions. Update procedures and scripts as needed. *Skills:* · Experience in developing and supporting change management processes. · Experience in understanding ITIL V3 based change management and service management processes, controls and standards. · Experience in creating and validating Remedy 7.5 (or 8.1) change tickets and incident tickets. · Technical Writing skills to document change management procedures. · Detailed oriented person who can review change tickets and discovered changes and track in a spreadsheet and follow up with users. Document actions and issues clearly. · Establishing relationships and interpersonal communication. · Remedy 7.5 change process. (Remedy 8.1 change process knowledge is a Plus) · Knowledge of discovery tool like Tripwire is a plus. · BMC Rational ClearCase is a plus.
