*Position: Oracle/OIM Developer Lead (Openings: 5)Location: Columbia, MDLength: 6 month Contract (+possible extensions) Interview: Phone and SkypeStart: ASAP* *MUST HAVES:*5+ years of experience in developing, implementing and architecting Oracle Identity Manager and preferably 11GR2 5+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications 5+ years Weblogic administration and configuration experience 5+ year experience in deployment of identity and access management product such as: Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle Experience with J2EE or Java *Role*Lead a team of OIM developers Provide expertise related to the implementation, administration, and architectural design strategies in a complex, large scale, enterprise environment Be responsible for administration, configuration and application integrations. Day to day administration of a complex distributed computing environment with multiple technologies including but not limited to: Weblogic, Oracle Identity Manager 11GR2 Planning, coordination, and installation of upgrades, patches, and firmware releases on the various platforms on a regular basis. Collaboration with other teams in the planning, architecture, and implementation of new applications, standards and processes.
