*Position : Senior Technical Analyst (Kronos)Location : Philadelphia,PADuration : 6 months contract to hire* *Only for GC and US citizens* *Consultant should be local to PA* Required Skills: Requires between 7 to 10 (or more) years of progressively responsible related work experience within a technical discipline. Must have strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Management Performs critical analysis of business requirements for assigned clients locations. Conducts complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of the Kronos system. Works directly with users in defining new application requirements and resolving project issues. Must be able to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional Kronos requirements. Analyzes Collective Bargaining Agreements for requirements must be configured in Kronos. Facilitates workshop calls and meetings with various key players (Site Contact, LOB Assessor, HR, etc). Requires current knowledge of State and Federal Wage and Hour regulations and continuing knowledge of the regulatory atmosphere for Human Capital Management and information privacy.
