*Hope you are doing well, Please reply to ,* *shiv...@technocraftsol.com* <shiv...@technocraftsol.com> *IVR Application Development * North Fort Worth 6-9 month contract *RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Real stuff:* · Support, analyze, develop, test, and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) software application solutions using Java and Java Script on time, within budget. · Assist in the implementation of Hosted IVR solution using GVP. · Measure, assess, and improve quality and performance of IVR GVP applications. · Develop, implement, and test speech-recognition applications using XML. · Provide 24x7 application and customer support on a rotating basis. *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:* · 5 to 8 years Interactive Voice Response app development, with Genesys Voice Platform (GVP). · Development of speech recognition applications using XML, BNF, or GRXML grammars. · Experience with IBM MQ and IBM IMS Connect. · Experience with DB2 or other relational databases, IBM MQ, and IMS Connect. · Experience with VoIP and CTI. · Experience with hosted IVR and Cloud environments · Experience developing speech-recognition applications using GVP, XML or other speech-recognition grammars, such as BNF or GRXML. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* · 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using the Java (J2EE) programming language, preferably for web, server, and thin client platforms. · 2 to 3 years of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns. · Experience developing software applications with Java and Java Script. *Years of Experience for:* IVR Genesys Voice Platform GRXML Java Speech Recognition JavaScript IBM MQ J2EE IBM IMS Connect XML DB2 BNF VOIP CTI Cloud Web Thin Client *Fluff:* Project: IVR Hosting project This position is responsible for developing viable and efficient technology solutions. Understand and adhere to the client’s Technology Services Project Management Methodology. Follow the client’s Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model. Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance. Synchronize with other technical teams to develop appropriate interfaces. Coordinate customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication.
