QA Manager with SAAS or Cloud Computing exp *Location:* Palm Beach Gardens, FL
*Duration:* 6+ months Contract *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * - Leadership of the Global SW Test Team goals. - Owner of setting and managing the quality standards of which SW will be released. - Establish and manage the CMT software release policy - Develops and ensures compliance to the SW release process globally - Develops and ensures compliance to the SW configuration management process globally - Guide test engineers in the design of test methods and systems. - Leads the team to develop appropriate test plans for all major SW Products - Review test documentation (plans, test cases, procedures and reports). - Partners with Product Management and SW development to ensure all product requirement documents and release notes are appropriately released. - Build relationships between the SW test teams to facilitate cross-organizational software testing expertise. - Proactively develop and execute plans, recruit, staff, and measure individual job performance and develop the talents of members of the managed team. - Develop strategies to improve software test and CM processes while continually improving product quality. - Prepare reports and make presentations on status of the managed team's test projects. - Requires relational database knowledge. - Detailed knowledge of Microsoft and Linux Solutions &Architectures is a plus. - Design, documentation and execution of system integration and validation tests for the SW products - Coordinates development of test strategies for SW integration milestones. - Develops test plans based on design maturity to support program objectives. - Collection and documentation of requirements for new test systems. - Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. *Education and/or Experience:* - Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science - Master's Degree preferred - 10+ years of directly-related industry experience - Security Solutions, Biometric Identification Solutions. - Knowledge of the AFIS and general biometric enrollment and matching solutions. - Previous experience managing tasks within an Agile Software Engineering team environment. - Proven track record developing test plans and a strong knowledge of industry Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) - Agile required - 10+ years of experience managing software test engineers, including coaching, measuring individual job performance and developing the talents of team members.
