Position :QA Analyst (Kronos) Location : Philadelpia,PA Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire ONLY GC & CITIZENS LOCAL TO PA The Quality Control (QC) Analyst will be responsible for the delivery and Go-Live support of the Kronos Workforce Central Application An enterprise wide deployment in the high volume, complex, centralized Workforce Management Group (WFM). Primary responsibility of this position is to lead/support the site contacts through the User Acceptance Review (UAR) and Testing (UAT) process while documenting any issues/errors within the application QC Analyst will work with configuration/design teams to resolve issues and priovide support during the deployment process to deliver a fully functional system to the site. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellent customer service and support to end users and form productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively. Communicate to end users and project team in a professional and consistent manner throughout the entire QC process Provide proper communication, guidance and support to the end users throughout the UAT and Go-Live process Responds to user problems, explains new technologies, and presents deliverables in a timely matter. Main point of contact for application questions from User Acceptance Testing through two successful payroll cycles Adheres to CLIENT standards to ensure proper tracking, documentation, and support is provided. Document, report, and communicates project risks, progress and status to management.
