* Job Title: C/C++/ProC Developer/Tester Location: Atlanta, GADuration: 3-6 months contract with extensions* *Job Description* MessageWay <--- Probably very difficult Quality Assurance/Testing (but w/a Tech background (e.g. someone comfortable getting around on a Linux machine)) *Required Skills and Attributes* 4-7 years of experience writing and maintaining software in production systems. BS or better in Computer Science or related field. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability apply them to find and fix flaws in software systems. 4 or more years of C / C++ experience. Intimate knowledge of C++ memory management and the ability to address memory issues. Strong understanding of multithreading and synchronizing access to shared data. Familiarity of Microsoft's Managed Extensions to C++ Experience writing technical requirements, detail designs, test specifications, test plans, and test cases QA Testing experience manual and automated Knowledge of System calls on UNIX Experience with installation script and load data script using Unix Shell (Korn Shell) script.
