*Sr. WebSphere BPM Developer* Location: East Peoria, IL Duration: 18+ months *Description:* Individual will be a member of the BPM Workflow support and development team. The qualified candidate will work together with a team of 4-6 BPM developers to create a custom workflow application for the enterprise Purchasing division. High level requirements gathering has been completed and detailed design and development is slated to begin in February 2014 and go through mid-year 2015. *Required:* 8+ years BPM workflow development experience using IBM Business Process Manager Standard. Extensive experience with BPM Workflow modeling, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications. Strong teamwork and initiative; highly accountable and dependable; ability to multitask and work independently. Experience in 8.0 is preferred. Hands-on experience with front-end coach development. Solid background with Lombardi Teamworks. Experience with Java/J2EE, XML, HTML, SOAP, Database and Web Services. Experience with IBM Business Process Manager Advanced (Integration services). Experience with SOA.
