Assist customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts. Prioritize, manage, and track team workload progress as required. *Skills: * · Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently on complex issues. · Ability to work with diverse team members to build a cohesive team. · Fully knowledgeable of related infrastructure components and/or operating environment. · Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. · Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. · High proficiency in a computer software application or functional expertise specifically identified in the assignment requirements. · Datastage, SAP Bobj, Java, ETQ, SalesForce experience, PeopleSoft, Laboratory Info. Mgt. (LIMS) experience, eCommerce coding experience, SOA experience, Mobile application development, Websphere application experience, Adobe CQ application experience.
