Experience with working with a mid-sized or large software development team is a must / required Experience with Testing Tool Suites (Quality Center, Telerik, etc..) Experience with IT change management (change promotion / migration) Experience with managing projects (i.e. inclusive of Project Management Tools and Methodologies - PMLC / SDLC) is a plus. Experience with Business process engineering / re-engineering is a plus. Proficiency with SOX is a plus.
