Immediate Need For UI-UX Consultants - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: UI-UX Consultants Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 6-12 months Description: We are looking for a senior, seasoned, UX Researcher who can design user studies, conduct them, and synthesize the findings. Being a designer is a added bonus but not required. The successful candidate should have the following skills; Four-year college degree in Human Factors, Usability Engineering, User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or related discipline preferred. Equivalent experience accepted. 5-8 years of experience working in user experience research within a software development environment. Strong background in user experience research with software applications leveraging usability techniques that include some of the following: remote usability testing, heuristic evaluation, task analysis, surveys, focus groups, persona definition and field research. Experience with Morae, Usuara, iRise Studio and other research tools are highly desirable. Working knowledge of web, mobile and application design guidelines and related technologies, capabilities and related limitations is highly desirable. Past experience as an IA or UI designer in the web or mobile space is desirable. Past experience with visual design tools (i.e. Photoshop) and/or prototyping tools (i.e. Azure) is desirable. Strong problem solving, analytical skills and interpersonal skills Strong project and time management skills including multi-tasking in a fast-paced development environment.
