Job Description:
UI Developer responsibilities:
- Understanding of requirements related to UI work
- Discussing technical solutions with customer technical team and
suggesting
innovative ideas for solution
- Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends for UI
development work, particularly in regard to web accessibility, usability,
and
emerging technologies,
- Interaction with other teams (QA, Business, Technical Architect)
- Development of UI work
- Maintaining high quality code to have standard in in place so that
code is maintainable
- Resolving cross browser and multiple devices (desktop, tablet,
mobile) related issues
UI Developer Skills:
- Exceptional HTML, CSS, *JavaScript & JQuery* skills
- Exceptional skills for UI code optimization to better performance
- Exposure to emerging web technologies such as *HTML5* and
*CSS3*- Good understanding of
*Web Accessibility*- Experience working with version control systems
such as
*SVN*- Excellent
*soft skills*- *Quick learner* and should be able to work independently
