2+ years' experience in an customer service or helpdesk position
Associate's degree in business or relevant area or equivalent work

Web analysis
1+ year system administration work experience
Basic understanding of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Siebel based applications (Sales, Customer Service and Web
Applications)
Customer Service skills, providing time-sensitive data to internal and
external customers to ensure established deadlines are met
