In this position, the incumbent evaluates all voice technology and carrier services. This person is an integral player in the design, development and implementation of domestic systems with significant exposure to users; interfaces regularly with management and outside vendors. This position also has a thorough understanding of the desktop and LAN/WAN infrastructure and how this integrates with the voice systems to support business needs. The incumbent has strong project management skills, a proven track record of working in a team environment, and is comfortable managing projects through all life-cycle phases in accordance with established direction and standards. This position also serves as secondary support for the data network. This position will report directly to the Network Manager. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating ITIL, CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or CCIE Voice Certification Highly desired 1 Years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Telecommunications, related field, or equivalent work experience.
