Should have 6 years of experience in testing with minimum 3 years as test automation development experience with documented Design , reusable, flexible, and extensible automation frameworks using Coded UI(C#). Should possess strong knowledge of QA concepts and methodology, best practices, processes, tools, and metrics. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, a self-starter and an excellent problem-solver with analytical and troubleshooting skills. · Identify the different Functional testing needed for the product/feature . · Participate in the creation of the overall test automation strategy, test plan, create estimates and design the automation framework(Back End and UI Based). · Modify and extend the existing test automation framework and test Scripts. · Create and execute test cases. · Should be a hands on person in VSTS(coded UI). Knowledge of C++ desirable · Effectively communicate with customer teams during requirement phase and during development · Should have strong skills on automation feasibility analysis, Test Automation with VSTS(coded UI) using C# · Review of automation scripts, defect reviews · Lead and mentor team members · Excellent oral/written communication ,Client interaction skills on requirement discussion, clarifications and resolutions is must · Able to handle an extremely fast pace development cycles while maintaining the highest quality standards · Should be able to look at alternates to resolve any automation issues , debug and fix issues · Should be good in Collecting , analyzing, tracking, and reporting project and process metrics · Demonstrate passion for Quality and willingness to work Hand-in-Hand with developers and program managers to prioritize test automation and overall product quality. *REQUIREMENT: 02* *Location: Stamford, CT* *Duration: 6-9 Months* *Job Title: Java Developer * We are looking for a highly motivated SDET (software develop in test) candidate who is passionate about quality, works well in a collaborative environment, and can communicate clearly with business and development teams.
