*Job description -*
*Design, Implement, and support telephony solutions including Avaya CMS,
Call Accounting, and  IQ.
 *8 + years of experience working with Avaya CMS.
*5 years telephony engineering and / or call routing experience.
*Able to utilize strong database query knowledge including strong
proficiency with SQL.
*Ability to troubleshoot reporting related issues related to Avaya
S87xx/83xx/85xx Avaya Communications Manager and CMS in a complex,
distributed voice network.
* Utilize strong database query knowledge including proficiency with SQL.
* Able to understand Avaya call detail reporting and how it is aligned with
contact center call (and other media type) routing.
*Design & Develop complex Real-time, historical, and near Real-time contact
center tools utilizing detailed SQL statements and Avaya CMS embedded
functionality to be completed utilizing a strong background in Avaya
telephony engineering, call routing, and SQL scripts.
*Consult with largest customer facing with our clients Business partners on
planning and construction of Avaya CMS tools utilizing advanced skills in
telephony engineering and call routing and complex SQL statements.
*Modification of existing Avaya CMS toolsets utilizing background in
telephony engineering and complex SQL statements.
*Support existing or previously constructed Avaya CMS tools utilizing
extensive telephony call routing and troubleshooting skills to resolve
complex business affecting issues.
*Able to understand Avaya call routing detail and how it is aligned with
other contact center call (and other media type) routing from other vendors
(i.e. - Genesys).
*Strong working knowledge of SIP
*Ability to troubleshoot complex CMS issues
*Experience in implementation of CMS ODBC Interfaces
