Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Harrisburg, PA Duration : 3 mths Client: State of PA The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst. Role Description: All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience, job knowledge, and IIBA certification. Duties may include the following: * Requirement gathering, requirement writing, developing requirement matrix, assists in test script writing, assist in preparation of a testing plan * Identifying the business and system requirements for scheduled releases * Assist in preparing System Test and User Acceptance Test Cases * Assist in analyzing test results * Maintaining and updating a test outcomes issues log * Identifying application areas where automated test scripts add value * Assist in maintaining a store of test cases that can be used for Regression aspects of testing * Communicating all aspects of testing with lead project manager and business staff to understand requirements and ensure testing progress * Communicating with project teams in a manner prescribed by the PennDOT Management Team Experience with PennDOT is highly desired. Experience in Environmental Planning or long range highway project planning is also highly desired.
