Please let me know if you should have anyone for this position - *Applications Architect* *McLean, VA.* *3+ Months (Possibility of extension)* *No. of positions: 6* *Responsibility - * * Provide application architecture support for initiatives in the SF Sourcing LOB * Review and assess Business Requirements for initiatives * Create /update /review Application Model for inclusion in the project Architecture Document * Assist in creating and defining DSI Patterns to be used for business events, as necessary * Define changes to interfaces * Acts as counselor to business counterpart, customers, and top management on requirement pertinent to the technical capability * Advise the external vendors, business owners, and IT groups regarding Client's architecture guideline * Driving/Leading the application architectural decisions for the systems under development * Lead the applications integration and design discussions among multiple applications groups * Provide and influence key decisions for the technical and infrastructure architecture. * Advise the system and infrastructure configuration from application performance, scalability, and capacity perspective.
