*Job Title:* Business Systems Analyst II *Location:* Burlington MA *Duration:* 4 months *Note: Locals Only, In-person mandatory * *Job Requirements*: * 5 to 7 years of experience in a database marketing or business analysis environment with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face day-to-day. * Top-notch analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics. * Expertise with writing functional and technical documents. * Poised and professional presence and strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong ability to effectively manage multiple projects with a commitment to meeting project deadlines. * Ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution. * Focus on digital space, database marketing, and/or e-commerce * Solid relational database understanding * Working knowledge of PL/SQL * Experience with campaign management or business intelligence tools such as Unica, Alterian, Epiphany, Aprimo, Cognos, Microstrategy, Brio, SAS and Business Objects, in support of pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis. * Strong experience with project development lifecycles and QA/QC testing methodologies. * Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 10-15%).
