*Job Title:** Business Analyst* Our studio is seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for interactive entertainment, superior analytical talent, and expertise with the Microsoft BI toolset. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data-driven decision making, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and the ability to bridge quantitative and qualitative worlds. The candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills. The candidate should also be able to communicate well with a range of disciplines (marketing, finance, sales, development, etc.), be an independent thinker and excel at driving projects to completion. *Primary functions * · Work with business managers to translate ambiguous business questions into quantifiable analytic requests, then answer them using available tools & systems. · Project manage a prioritized queue of open requests and timelines, escalating conflicts in priority and other risks as appropriate to maintain transparency and manage expectations. · Develop, track and analyze metrics to yield insights that help us better attract, engage, retain and monetize customers who play our games · Develop, manage and publish a calendar of recurring weekly, monthly and annual scorecards and reports · Identify and analyze data conflicts between source systems and data warehouse systems and reconcile conflicting or ambiguous information · Work with developer, test and site production teams to ensure accurate data integration implementation and to improve data quality. *Position requirements * · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · 3-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting · Superior quantitative, analytic, logical reasoning skills.
