.Net Lead Developer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM exp Harrisburg, PA 1+ Year project
MUST HAVE - *.net and Microsoft Dynamics * Position Description: This resource will be responsible for the ongoing development, testing and release of enhancements to the new Grants Management System be for a Commonwealth of PA state agency. The position will engage in extension of the system for application processing in Microsoft .NET, integration of the system with commonwealth financial management systems, release management and may conduct training as necessary to ensure a smooth roll-out of the system modifications and enhancements. This position requires a senior level developer – however the developer should be comfortable working as part of a team, engaging customers directly and working in a rapidly changing environment (Agile Development) • Will act as lead in development, and management regarding complex and multi-function system operations and new developments, change requests, and enhancements. • Will serves as a lead consultant and technical advisor to users and team members regarding new software and technology that will improve and streamline system operations and advises on costs and cost effectiveness in making system revisions or changes. • The candidate will develop plans to make an orderly transition from an existing functionality to newly designed enhancements. • The candidate will meet with principle contacts in recreation and conservation including but not limited to financial officers, senior management, project managers and technical support staff – as needed. Specific Duties: 1. Serve as a lead developer for enhancements to the Grants Management or Web-portal systems 2. Meet with Bureau knowledge experts as needed to ensure system meets all requirements 3. Develop and implement plan for data modification from existing system to the new system. 4. Develop and implement modifications to the system after initial release 5. Document new interfaces and processes created as part of this requirement. 6. Train staff in the use of any interfaces produced as part of this requisition.
