Ø Experience in BFSI (Investment Banking – Calypso, Health Insurance - CDHP). Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ø Excellent contribution in organization quality drives activities like normalization of test cases, contribution in defining test metrics and testing certification. Ø Experience in different Automation /Defect management tools (Rational Robot, QTP, QC, Jira, Test Director, Bugzilla) Ø Have extensive experience as UAT coordinator at client place with business users Ø Excellent exposure in QA Methodologies Ø Experience in managing offshore – onshore project models. Ø Experience in converting business scenarios in to test scenarios and defining different test strategies. Ø Strong Knowledge of Design-Methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle Ø Have extensive experience in Managing /Automation Testing team. Ø Experience in Validation, Acceptance, Conformance, Compatibility, Functional, System Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance, GUI, Back-end Testing, UIT (User Interface Testing). Ø Experienced in a variety of scripting languages such as VB Scripts, UNIX shell scripts and Java Scripts. Ø Work experience in .Net Technologies (ASP, VB) and Object Oriented Programming / Languages (Java, Java-Struts, Pro*C, C, C++) Ø Working experience with SMEs and BAs in analyzing business requirements into test scenarios and track of by-directional traceability matrix Ø Simultaneously worked on different releases and handled testing teams located at remote locations Ø Work experience in Rational Test Tools Ø Work experience with EDI in Healthcare Project (834, 835, 837,…) Ø Have extensive experience in track and report test results, statistics, and metrics to management during each software release cycle, outlining defects discovered during regular and regression testing, recommending corrective actions, and determining whether or not the defects will affect the product target release date.
