Maintains related network systems including, but not limited to Cisco VOIP system administration, Cisco LAN/WAN Wireless Hardware, Wireless Bridging, Voice and Data communications circuits, Software tools used to manage and monitor related systems, and Proactive management tools used for filtering internet traffic, fax communications, and device management. (Solarwinds and Whatsup Gold) Directs the development and implementation of test and execution plans including the documentation of software / hardware features and functionality. Performs other job-related tasks as assigned. *MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Bachelor’s degree required. “Jack of all trades” Cisco Experience a must CCIE / CCNA or equivalent experience 10 years IT/business related experience serving in an active technical leadership role Experience with design, implementation, and maintenance of medium to large Cisco Networks including wireless and Cisco VOIP Experience in project planning, management of timelines and deliverables *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* Detailed knowledge current Cisco LAN/WAN, and VOIP technologies Expert knowledge of the following: BGP, EIGRP, IGRP, OSPF, RIP; Multicast; Security, IPSEC, NAT/PAT, WAN/LAN Cisco WIFI, Cisco Wireless Bridging, Aruba Wireless Solarwinds / Whatsup Gold Network monitoring experience Work requires strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills Must have creative problem solving skills.
