*Back Fill * *No F2F But Locals Prefer.* *Need 2 References with resume (please send via email)* *Need Visa number, if the candidate is on H1B (Send via email)* The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: - Program in Java/Javascripts, configure and support files required for the development of ECLRS and CDESS. - Automate the process of routing messages from ECLRS to CDESS and create messages transmitting to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. - Perform unit and regression testing scripts for ECLRS & CDESS. - Provide system technical design data logical and physical models. - Participate in system design meetings and prepare system document. *Requested skills include:* 60+ months experience using one or more framework (eg. Struts/iBatis) 60+ months experience in programming, using Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and Javascripts with relational database models 60+ months experience with relational database and SQL 60+ months experience in system design and system specification documentation 24+ months experience in using web services 24+ months experience in unit testing framework and CVS source code control 12+ months experience in working with HL7 messages *Job Level Specific Duties* • Works on a large portfolio of applications. • Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions. • Participates, and may lead, on complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business. • Mentors less experienced team members. • Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. • Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assist to resolve them. *Typical Years of Experience* • Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience. *Minimum Education and Certifications* • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. *Skills* • Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. • Applied in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages. • Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. • Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs. • Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design. *Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions* • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
