Job Description:* >3 Years' Experience as a Project Manager
* Preference is for PMI/Prince Certified PM
* Understanding of ITIL and Agile Frameworks, Certification in ITIL is Ideal
* Demonstrated excellence in taking notes and managing projects utilizing
OneNote and SharePoint
* Self-Driven ability to document, track, and communicate per a Rhythm of
Business (ROB) across a global virtual team
* Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority, high visibility tasks
in parallel
* Flexibility to work outside local standard business hours as needed to
accomplish ROB requirements
* IT Technology Background and Experience, must be familiar with
Application and Data Center Terminology
* Demonstrated ability to use: Microsoft Outlook, LYNC, Excel, Word, and
Visio at an Intermediate proficiency or better
* Excellent written communications and confidence in communicating with
large teams and senior management
* Ability to work with technical SME's supporting the organization of their
current issues and projects



Job Requirements: *Roles:*

* On a daily basis attend team/group meetings representing your team to
collect actions, and reported issues capturing them in notes, posting those
notes, creating the issue and project records, collaborating with Subject
Matter Experts in your team on the solutions/mitigations, communicate the
status of the issues and projects, and driving them to closure/resolution
* During the meetings it is important to listen for stated issues and
problems related to your teams areas of responsibility and then following
up with the persons that stated the issue to obtain details to perform a
root cause analysis or post incident review with the SME's in your team
*  Hosting twice daily 20-30 minute meetings to collect updates to tracked
issues and projects
* Generate reoccurring status reports per a to-be established rhythm
providing updates to the status of the issues and projects being tracked,
blocking issues, and help needed
* Generate Process Flow Documentation identifying dependencies and
limitations in each "step" of the process to provide additional clarity
into areas for improvement
* With experience in this role, begin to proactively look for problems and
trends proactively verse reacting to escalations
* Will need to be prepared to provide verbal updates to an in-person and
remote audience including senior management personnel, and managing
questions, and feedback
