The individual will work closely with a team to design and build new products and features and improve existing ones. The individual will report to the User Experience Lead. *Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities* - Responsible for the look and feel, conceptual and visual development, and final execution of design directions - Ensure designs follow visual standards as well as enhance user experience - Work with a cross-functional team to assure consistent design and user experience online and on mobile - Concept intuitive designs that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products and features - Provide support and participate in rapid iterative testing and evaluations *Skills / Qualifications* - 3-5 years creative experience in consumer web design with emphasis on branding - 2 years’ experience as a key member of a User Experience - Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / JS and or iOS Cocoa. - Strength in sketching, wireframes, and creating high fidelity prototypes.
