*Network Voice Engineer* *Location : Houston, TX* *Duration : 6+ Months* *C2C: Yes* *Client : Wipro/CHI* *Interview : Telephonic Hire* *Roles and Responsibilities* ·Work with clients and Insight Networking teams to identify business and technical requirements for Unified Communications · Develop Unified Communication strategies and architectures · Perform network readiness and current state telephony assessments · Develop unified communications designs based on the latest Cisco advanced technologies · Implement and support Unified Communications solutions for clients based on industry best practices · Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation to clients · Provide quality assurance documentation review and peer review on projects · Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams *Skills and Requirements* · Minimum of six (12) years of related IP telephony design / implementation experience including: · Cisco Call Manager · Cisco Unity/Unity Connections · Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) · Cisco Meeting Place · Presence and Mobility · WebEx · DMS · H323 / SIP / MGCP · IP Video · Cisco Routers and Switches • Minimum of six (6) years of related IP Telephony/Network administration and support experience • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in consulting environments, working with Cisco Unified Communication design and implementation • Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills are required • Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required • Active CCIE (Voice) certifications or equivalent experience required *Travel* Ability to travel 50% or more is possible based on location and project requirements. *Educaiton* BE / Diploma *Position # 2* *Sr Network Engineer* *Location : Omaha, NE* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Interview : Telephonic Hire* · Contribute to Network Design and Integration. · Network IP address design and optimization. · Network Optimization and QoS Management. · Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration · Trouble shooting complex Routing and Switching problems and escalated incidents. · WAN Interface, Protocol configuration and WAN Network Troubleshooting · Threshold configuration of Critical Devices. · Prepare Trend Analysis based on link Usage and Hardware Utilization. . · Implement capacity management processes · Provide Operations Feedback to the other Delivery organizations on necessary network strategy enhancements. · Provides 3rd level technical support on data network related issues. · Installation of new hardware and software integration into the network including testing and implementation. · Provides or coordinates with outside vendors (as necessary) the installation of Network Devices In the network. · Improve Service Level Agreements. · Maintains and monitor network utilization and make necessary changes whenever required. · Conduct internal audits for Network and security compliance. * Skills:* 1. CCNA, CCNP or CCIP Certification mandatory. 2. JNCIS / CCIE Certification preferable. 3. Network Security Certification 4.
