Assesses client needs, and provides working leadership in the collection, analysis, review, and documentation of those business needs and the requirements to meet those needs. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Responsible for the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client’s business requirements. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following: • Participates in short-term planning sessions with a client to implement process improvement within an assigned client area. Generally involves using and improving information systems. Documents discussions and agreements. • Establishes liaison relationship with business partners in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. • Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to identify business priorities and advice on options. • Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations required • Provides factual content to feasibility study for standard development projects and enhancements. • Develops, writes, and communicates requirements for the implementation of business solutions. Procures technical assistance to help in problem resolution. • Develops user test cases and validates test results during user acceptance testing. • Investigates, resolves and escalates problems. Analyzes metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. • A high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal communication • Promotes an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units. Supports and participates in the formal reporting of project status. • Responsible for adhering to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley IT and business requirements. Experience/Skills/Education Requirements I.
