Experience • 5+ years' experience as an HRIS professional in a business of similar size and complexity. • 2+ years of PeopleSoft HR (or similar ERP suite) knowledge. • 2+ years of Project Management experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Develop, document, and implement procedures to streamline existing HRIS processes.
